Welcome! By using this website and purchasing any of the services offered, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who I Am

This website and its services are operated by Katrina Loughrey, a freelance service provider based in Berlin, Germany. For questions, reach out to: kat@katloughrey.com.

2. Services Offered

I provide Digital Strategic services and all services provided are outlined in the proposal and agreement prior to any work started. It will also include:

  • A custom digital strategy (based on client input)

  • A set of deliverables based on the above mentioned digital strategy

  • A 30-minute weekly consultation call

  • Weekly email support and project progress updates & feedback.

Services are delivered digitally and tailored to each client.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Payments are processed via bank transfer or Wise.com.

  • Prices include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Invoices are issued in accordance with German tax law (§ 19 UStG).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your project at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to the next milestone billing cycle, as outlined in the proposal and agreement.

  • Due to the personalized nature of the service, no refunds are provided for work already delivered or in progress.

5. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective services, clients must:

  • Complete the online form

  • Attend scheduled calls or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Provide necessary content, assets and access to platforms.

  • Review and approve in a timely manner

  • Collaborate on deliverables, where applicable.

I reserve the right to pause service if repeated delays occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All strategic work, outlines, templates and content delivered to you is yours to use and publish as agreed in the proposal. However:

  • You may not resell or redistribute the content as a service offering.

  • The underlying frameworks, processes, and templates remain the intellectual property of Katrina Loughrey.

7. Confidentiality

I value your privacy and take confidentiality seriously. Your business, goals, and any proprietary information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

8. Limitations

I aim to support your growth online, but I can’t guarantee engagement results, leads, or platform performance. Content results vary depending on audience, website traffic, platforms,, industry, and algorithm changes (for social media).

9. Modifications

I reserve the right to update these terms. When I do, I’ll update the “last revised” date at the top. Continued use of the service means you accept any updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in Berlin.
